Lindsay Lohan, Amanda Seyfried, and Lacey Chabert, the stars of ‘Mean Girls,’ recently collaborated in Los Angeles to shoot a commercial. The trio reunited for a Pepsi ad that draws inspiration from their cult classic film of 2004.

Lindsay, 37, was captured in an all-black ensemble, accessorized with a clutch that featured the inscription “Plastics Club Member, Est 2004,” along with the iconic movie tagline, “On Wednesdays we wear pink.”
Amanda, 37, sported a grey blazer, pink blouse, black trousers, and matching boots, while Lacey, 41, donned a vibrant hot pink dress paired with heels. Scenes were filmed with Amanda and Lacey in a convertible and on a football field, with one photo showing Amanda catching a football.
The possibility of a Super Bowl commercial arising from this collaboration is hinted at.

‘Mean Girls’ Day, celebrated on October 3, holds significance for fans worldwide. The day is marked as a tribute to the classic film, with Aaron Samuels (played by Jonathan Bennett) asking Cady Heron (played by Lindsay) about the date in the movie. As part of the celebration, fans were treated to a free viewing of the entire movie on TikTok.

In addition to the commercial, ‘Mean Girls’ fans have another reason to be excited. The Broadway Musical adaptation is set to hit theaters on January 12, 2024. Initially intended for streaming on Paramount+, the project will now make its debut on the big screen. Renee Rapp, reprising her breakout role from the 2018 Broadway Production, will play Regina George. Tina Fey, the stage and screenwriter, will continue in her role as Ms. Norbury, with Tim Meadows returning as Principal Duval.
The star-studded cast for the movie also includes Angourie Rice, Auli’i Cravalho, Jaquel Spivey, Jenna Fischer, Busy Philipps, Avantika, Mahi Alam, Christopher Briney, Bebe Wood, Ashley Park, Connor Ratliff, and Jon Hamm.
